The four cramped triangular balconies of this building near Shibuya station exhibit various ways of utilising scarce space in the city – from the bottom, up – a smoko space, walled-in storage, a garden, and a shed.
Interesting, varied use of pet architecture outside space – especially the garden level, where the plants take up ‘valuable’ space which could be used to more commercial ends.
Location: Shibuya, Tokyo
